In collaboration with The Museum Practice, a leading museum planning and design firm, this installation was created for the World Heritage Center in San Antonio, TX. The exhibit highlights the Native culinary heritage of Chef Adán Medrano through powerful storytelling and photography by JoMando Cruz, honoring the cultural traditions and histories that shape Indigenous cuisine in Texas and the greater region.
